R v BH

Successfully represented BH, a student in the UK for 10 years, with no previous convictions. BH faced four allegations in relation to a driving accident: driving without due care and attention; failure to stop; failure to report and; leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position. If convicted his visa application would have been revoked. However, following the strong representation by the legal team, the CPS decided that there was no case to answer, and the case against BH was dropped.
